It was a last minute decision that we made, but we were convinced that a Prius was our best bet, and we badly needed a car. My husband called the office and the agent was patient enough to wait for us that long. We arrived there past 5 PM, but they still accommodated us. Everything was taken cared of on the same evening. We recently bought a 2024 Toyota sienna from warrenton Toyota, the experience from reserving the car while it was still being built, to taking keys of our new vehicle was an easy and pleasant experience! Our salesman Matt was very knowledgeable on our vehicle and got everything squared away in a timely manner! This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! No intimidation tactics. From the salesman to the sales manager and finance manager everyone was very kind and pleasant to work with. They are straightforward and transparent with their processes. I live an 1.5 hours from the dealership and they were willing to work with me over email to agree on numbers before driving to the dealership. I did not have to spend the whole day at the car dealership my deal was done in 30 minutes. I would highly highly recommend this dealership!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Warrenton Toyota yesterday. After my car was totaled through no fault of my own, I was devastated and dreading the car shopping process. We went to the dealer to look at a Grand Highlander, and were quickly met by Tom. We explained that we weren’t buying that day, and Tom was understanding and gracious. He showed us all the features of the car without an ounce of pressure to buy. He provided estimates of payments and we were so impressed with the car and pricing that we decided to buy that day anyways! Anil George assisted us in financing, and he made the process so easy and without stress, explaining everything very clearly. Anil was fully transparent on pricing for all options and did not try to upsell us at all. We were blown away by the team at Warrenton Toyota, whose patience and caring made a difficult time so much better than we could have imagined. I can’t recommend them enough.

My experience with Warrenton Toyota was great. I met with Tom while doing my initial research for vehicles. He was helpful in showing me vehicles I was interested in, as well as offering some recommendations based off what I was looking for. After looking at some other dealers (different makes), I ended up coming back to Toyota and specifically Warrenton Toyota. Tom was again helpful in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for, helped me reserve it while it was in transit, and kept me up to date up and through the purchase date/time. Overall the experience and atmosphere was top-notch and though I expect my vehicle to last me quite awhile, I would definitely plan on coming back to this dealership.

A friend recommened me Warrrenton Toyota to find my wife a Rav4. We met Tom, a salesman who was very nice and helpful also knowledgable and found us a Crown Insignia which my wife loved. We got to meet the manager Anil who was extremely nice and helped us get financed in short time. Best dealer expierence iv ever had! We didnt spend all day with the usual back and forth when buying a car, total recommend!

My husband called the dealership and spoke with Tom regarding our search for a new Highlander. Tom had one left on the lot and we drove over to test drive the car. Tom was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Annil helped us with the paperwork and he explained everything including the extra service plans for the new car very well. Had a great experience working with Mark Arstino and Anil George buying a new 4runner. They provided excellent communication, which was very helpful since we were traveling for a specific vehicle. The purchase was very straight forward told them what I needed for my trade-in and they told me the out the door price for the car. Great customer service without any of the dreaded pushy sales tactics you get at other dealerships.

Best Toyota dealer in the area. I reached out to a lot of dealerships, and the only one I stepped foot into was this one. From the very first email I sent to them requesting info and OTD price, they were extremely helpful in getting me the info I needed, and being completely transparent. I worked with Tom Bonesteel, Anil George, and Marcy (their finance officer) and every step of the way was straightforward. We showed up, paid for the car, and left, without ever feeling like we were being hassled into something. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to come to this dealership even if you have to drive a little extra, because the time saved avoiding the usual dealership "games" is completely worth it.

We had Anil and Matt who helped us get the car I was looking for. They both were so generous as to stay late, well after closing in fact, so that we could get there through a storm. Anil was very knowledgeable and streamlined the process of the purchase and was very sociable. He knew his stuff. Matt was gracious enough to take the time to teach us about the app and various features of the vehicle and was overall kind. Both were experts, welcoming, and above else, accommodating. The sales and service staff have always been professional, courteous and friendly. Never any pressure to buy a vehicle or additional packages and upfront pricing. Rob and Anil took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle features, warranties, and financing options. Anil ran multiple finance options without hesitation and Rob was fantastic explaining ALL the features of my new Corolla Crossover. I'm a repeat customer here after seeing how fairly they were treating customers during the shortage over the pandemic. Every where else was overcharging, but Warrenton Toyota never did. Very trustworthy and fair dealer, I'd recommend them over any other dealer in the DMV area.
