I initially bought my 2024 from Springfield Toyota and received my first service through them. Their dealership was not compatible with the toyota app had to book an appointment on their website which was difficult to navigate, and my experience in the waiting room was terrible(brought it in at 8a and left at 1p - was told only 1.5hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation). I just booked my 2nd service on the app with Warrenton Toyota, way easier. Way more relaxed, communication was great, service was very timely and accurate. Cherry on top they rinsed off the salt on the car after the service. I know where I'll keep going now. Do yourself a favor and come here.

This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! No intimidation tactics. From the salesman to the sales manager and finance manager everyone was very kind and pleasant to work with. They are straightforward and transparent with their processes. I live an 1.5 hours from the dealership and they were willing to work with me over email to agree on numbers before driving to the dealership. I did not have to spend the whole day at the car dealership my deal was done in 30 minutes. I would highly highly recommend this dealership!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Warrenton Toyota yesterday. After my car was totaled through no fault of my own, I was devastated and dreading the car shopping process. We went to the dealer to look at a Grand Highlander, and were quickly met by Tom. We explained that we weren’t buying that day, and Tom was understanding and gracious. Tom was again helpful in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for, helped me reserve it while it was in transit, and kept me up to date up and through the purchase date/time.
