What an experience I just had with this dealership, came in wanting to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Salesman Tom came with figures that had a number with a lot of 6s and didn’t feel comfortable so I said can you work with us and make it 500 at the end instead of all 6s at the end. They had the audacity to raise the number to 700 instead of going down to 500. Are shocked? Yes you read it correctly they went up. Unfortunately we are Hispanic and unfortunately the majority of the white race looks down at us. On top of all this he said we where already getting a discount, how we asked. Well we originally were selling it for $65k ok but on your website it says $63,500, is it my fault the vehicle hasn’t moved and you are the one lowering the price to the public, so were basically paying sticker price and instead of going a couple hundred less they went up. Who does that what dealership will lose a sale for $100 and something let me be specific lose a sale for$146, It’s so sad to feel discriminated and not respected. Will never work with this dealership again. Hope it feels good Mr Tom to not sale to a very interested couple who was willing to pay sticker price. I hope you sleep at night. This is to the response to the owner as he feels offended and sad. Please don’t feel sad on our part we live in a free country where we can speak our truth if you don’t want to validate my opinion is sad on your part. Discount ok if you feel the need to say you were providing a discount to feel good that’s fine for us. I see you like always responding and was waiting on your response and to bad you are not validating my opinion but I have to validate yours, TYPICAL!

I have been going to Warrenton Toyota since they opened. First for service and then to purchase. Today I purchased my 6th vehicle (Rob Purdham, Sales Consultant and Anil George, Sales Manager). The sales and service staff have always been professional, courteous and friendly. Never any pressure to buy a vehicle or additional packages and upfront pricing. Rob and Anil took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle features, warranties, and financing options. Anil ran multiple finance options without hesitation and Rob was fantastic explaining ALL the features of my new Corolla Crossover. It was one of my worst experiences from Toyota dealership. I had my appointment at 4 pm which was THE WORST time for service. Never book service at 4pm! Because at the time when my car serviced all the people were gone except the cashier. No one to talk or ask about the service. I didn't even receive the multi point inspection result, and the cashier know nothing about it. And there was an extra charge for a service that I didn't ask for and cashier said she can't do anything or ask anyone because everyone was gone. I had to pay full to get my car key and the cashier promised me to call tomorrow morning and issue a refund which didn't happen. I had to call two days later and still waiting... Also the mechanic didn't check my main issue with door lock sound, they said there wasn't enough time for it but they told me they have time to replace transfer case and rear differential fluids which I declined the recommendation. I don't understand that they have time for more expensive services but don't have time for that sound check. With all that it is so frustrating not having my inspection result and also no one to ask or talk about my car condition. And plus I had to pay more. It was the most disappointing time for me. I lost my trust for Toyota dealership, not going there anymore. It seemed they really don't care customer's issue instead they just looking for more services for more charge.

I'm a repeat customer here after seeing how fairly they were treating customers during the shortage over the pandemic. Every where else was overcharging, but Warrenton Toyota never did. Very trustworthy and fair dealer, I'd recommend them over any other dealer in the DMV area.

I bought a brand new Sequia right before the new year. The next day I was told I was being laid off. I called the dealership and emailed them to ask if I could bring the vehicle back the next morning and they said absolutely not. They told me I could trade it in for a Highlander and eat $15,000 in negative equity. No compassion. Other Toyota dealers have an option to return within 7 days. Do your research and look for dealers who allow that seven days because life happens.

I took my car here for an oil change. The cashier Taylor is extremely unprofessional, impolite and not trained. I extended the courtesy to Todd, the service manager, to amend things before writing the review but it seems he couldn't care less with just exchanging a few words and you can see where the problems is. If you go here just a review all your papers, services and charges carefully as it feels they try to scam you and just be prepared to be treated disrespectfully. On a positive note, Ross was very courteous and professional. He deserves a raise.
